Information you give us
We collect information you submit directly, including farm listing details, claim requests, feedback, email addresses, account profile information, saved-farm activity, delivery order details, and messages you send us.
If you sign in, account authentication is handled by Clerk. If you buy delivery products, payment checkout is handled by Stripe. Farm-to-Door does not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit Farm-to-Door, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information such as page views, referring pages, search and filter actions, approximate device/browser details, return visits, errors, and performance data. We use this to run the site, debug problems, understand demand, improve the directory, and measure outreach.
Cookies, pixels, analytics, and visitor identity
Farm-to-Door uses cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies. Current vendors may include Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, PostHog, Clerk, Stripe, and RB2B.
Our online data partners or service providers may connect your visits or logins on Farm-to-Door with other information they or their partners maintain, including an email address. Farm-to-Door or service providers acting for us may use that information to tailor communications or marketing.
You can opt out of this advertising-related visitor identification at Retention.com opt-out. If GDPR opt-out rights apply to you, RB2B also provides an opt-out page at RB2B GDPR opt-out.
