We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef on private pastures in Boulder, Utah. Our cattle are mainly Black Angus with minor Charolais, Longhorn, and Hereford influences for a healthy heterosis in the herd. Our beef has no hormones, no antibiotics, no public land grazing.
