We specialize in pasture raised poultry. mainly chicken, however small batches of ducks and turkeys are sometimes available. These are processed on-site through Exempt P.L. 90-492 and packed ready to be cooked. Eggs of all these birds are also sold on-site. We have a small orchard that is currently too young to produce consistent harvests, but we are still taking what we can to local markets. We have a small market garden growing staple crops like tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno, cucumber, lettuce, and carrots. Dring the colder months we raise and sell New Zealand rabbits.
