About Rockin' JC Ranch
Scottish highland beef is amazingly healthy for you. Our cattle are hand raised, grass fed and free range. We supplement their diet with all natural, non chemical feed and they are hormone free. This feeding program and lifestyle produces better quality cattle and meat. High in omega 3's and it is a leaner beef than regular commercially grown beef that can satisfy your craving for red meat while being a good source of protein and protecting your heart! Our Red Wattle hogs are hand raised, hand fed and are free range pigs. We feed them all natural, non chemical feed and they are hormone free. This feeding program and lifestyle produces a better quality pig and meat! Red wattle hog meat is superior to regular commercial pork. It is leaner and has a taste that is sought after by high end chefs all over the country. It's important that we understand that Red Wattles are meat hogs. They will not survive if they are not eaten. Most if not all piglets in every litter will fall into the "cull into feeder or meat hog category". The registration numbers for breeding stock in the United States is growing and the total is currently at 1582. This is great and we've come a long way but it's not all we need to concentrate on. In order for the breed to survive, the pork has to be eaten. Because what better pork is there than Red Wattle!
