About The Shepherd Boy
I provide natural vegetation management services in the Sierra Nevada foothills. My sheep and I enjoy a semi-nomadic lifestyle, creating healthy landscapes and reducing fire danger through managed grazing. My sheep are Dorper and Katahdin hair breeds, known for their mild-flavored meat. Their diet consists of diverse forages, occasionally supplemented with grass hay. I handle them using low-stress techniques, and they never receive antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines.
