But more than a business, Sprout Culture is a cultural change movement in the local health and food scene, working to shift our society from a “fast food culture” to a “living food culture.”Sprout Culture not only targets adults as an audience – we unabashedly target children, too! We believe that if kids lead the way by expressing interest in consuming microgreens, then their adults will happily follow! Therefore, children’s education is a strategic cornerstone enabling us to fulfill our mission of planting seeds of health consciousness with the next generations.In order to meet this organizational objective, as we grow, we are working to develop strategic partnerships with similarly minded organizations.Our farming practices are inspired by our desire to grow as natural and clean a product as possible. Throughout every step of our growing process, and in every one of our operational systems, we ask “is this taking us closer to Mother Nature, or moving us farther away?” We only support practices that bring us closer to our roots!We offer many varieties of microgreens, with our bestsellers including Broccoli, Sunflower, and our famous Rainbow Mix of brassicas which blends together kale, arugula, kohlrabi, broccoli and red cabbage.
