Two words sum up our philosophy at Southern Shamrock Farms - Heritage and Premium. Heritage is the foundation which roots us to the history of the land and foods we produce, while premium quality is the minimum bar we set for all our goods. Our goal is simple - we want to share with you the magic that comes from eating and sharing heritage, premium foods. What we do: We grow heirloom produce in our market garden located in Polk County, NC. While our products are not organic, we follow organic practices to produce natural, delicious food. Similarly, we raise Katahdin sheep, Araucana Chickens, and Runner Ducks to round out the portfolio of products with meats and eggs. All of our products are available fresh, but we also offer a handful of finished products such as hot sauces, pickled goods, and dried peppers.
