Haw River Mushrooms, LLC is a family owned mushroom farm based in Saxapahaw, NC, a renovated mill town in central North Carolina. We ship our popular mushroom jerky nationally, offer mushroom related workshops, and grow lions mane, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, cinnamon caps, and reishi. Laura is a certified mushroom forager for NC, SC, and Georgia. You can buy our mushrooms at the Eno River Farmers Market in Hillsborough, the Chapel Hill Farmers Market at University Mall, and the Greensboro Curb Market. We are also proud suppliers of cultivated and foraged mushrooms to several restaurants in the triangle and triad.
