Adventures in Herbs

We're proud of the quality of our local plants, so we don't import any new seedsexcept by special request. Almost all our plants are grown from seeds or cuttings taken from our existing plants. By carefully maintaining our own host and stock plants, we are able to ensure we always have high-quality herbs and flowers. We specialize in rare herbs and vegetables, including heirloom tomatoes and peppers from different parts of the world. Some of our stock plants have lived for many, many years. We continue to use the same stock plant until it gets too old or starts to die. At that point, we replace it with a cutting from the same stock or host plant to maintain the exceptional quality for which we are known. We know these plants come from strong, healthy lines, so they don't require any pesticides or chemicals to thrive.
