Purposeful Gourmet Foods, a Meals On Wheels Atlanta (MOWA) social enterprise, is a mission-driven brand dedicated to making a difference in the Atlanta community. 100% of the proceeds from every purchase go directly toward providing nutritional meals to Atlanta’s homebound seniors facing hunger and social isolation. Since 1965, MOWA has grown from a small soup kitchen to a vital organization which has delivered over 6 million lifesaving meals throughout the Atlanta area to seniors and their pets. Purposeful Gourmet Foods’ products feature recipes curated by Robert Gerstenecker, former executive chef of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, and are beautifully packaged in resealable bags designed by Savannah College of Art and Design alumni.
