Hillcrest Orchards offers U-Pic apples daily and festivals in Sept. and Oct. with activities such as wagon rides, cow milking, swimming pig races, goat races, playgrounds, apple tree maze, mini golf, and more. There's a unique hands on petting farm where baby farm animals love to be hugged and fed. Live country/bluegrass bands and cloggers perform on the stage on weekends. There's pedal cart and trike rides along with our giant jumping pillows and shooting gallery. Finish your day on the farm with great fair food like funnel cakes, corn on the cob, boiled p-nuts, burgers, dogs, smoked turkey legs, street tacos, and BBQ on weeekends in sept. and oct. The large farm market is open daily in Sept., Oct., and Nov. and offers fresh picked apples, cider, jellies, local honey, sorghum syrup, homemade fudge, and candy apples of all kinds. Don't miss our super popular cider slushy floats and soft serve treats. The Hillcrest bakery makes fried apple pies, cider doughnuts and apple fritters. They can be ordered hot and fresh all day.
